I know when you order things by mail or phone you never know what you might receive.   So, you need protection.  All risk to you is removed by a guarantee unlike any I have seen in the QSL printing business.  This 5 point guarantee applies to all products sold by Rusprint not just QSL cards!

How the Rusprint guarantee protects you.

1. Your cards will be reprinted if Rusprint makes the mistake.  There will be no charge and you don't even need to return the cards.

2. Your cards will be reprinted if You had an error in the information you sent to Rusprint.  Again, there will be no charge and you don't need to return the cards.

3. You have 30 days to make sure you like your  cards or "Ham Shack" accessories from Rusprint.  With in the 30 days if you decide you don't want the cards or other merchandise, return them to Rusprint with a note explaining why you don't like them.  I will refund 100 percent of the price you paid for the cards or other products.  (Shipping charges are not included in the refund amount.) 

4. No need to worry about carbons on charge card purchases.  The charge form for Visa or MasterCard purchases is prepared by the computer and sent to the bank  by digital mode. The computer has several levels of security to protect your card number.  The invoice that is sent with your order has your card number blanked out.

5. Shipping:  Your order is shipped through the US Post Office (Priority Mail) or UPS Ground.  The carrier is chosen by the weight of your order.  If your order is lost in shipment and after a reasonable search period your order will be replaced at no charge to you. (Post Office - 60 days, UPS - 30 days)
